What to Do if Your Card Is Lost or Stolen

If your CrossFirst debit card has been lost or stolen, please call the following phone numbers immediately:

  • (844) 261-2548 from 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. CT / 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. MT, Monday-Friday
  • (800) 236-2442 outside of normal business hours

Tips to Keep Your Cards Safe

We recommend following these steps to keep your credit and debit card information safe:

  • Don’t choose an obvious PIN
  • Never share your PIN
  • Change your PIN regularly
  • Never enter your card information into a site you don’t trust
  • Don’t click suspicious links in emails
  • Never online shop on unsecured sites (make sure the URL is secure with either the padlock symbol or the “s” at the end of HTTP within the URL)
  • Don’t use public WiFi
