Our new look reflects our commitment to serving people in extraordinary ways. We believe you will find our updated logo, website and collateral materials to be cleaner and more modern, all of which will continue to enhance our presence in each of our markets.
Will the website change?
Yes. We’re excited to reveal our new website, which reflects our commitment to provide you an updated visual and digital experience to help meet your financial needs. Our web address remains the same: www.crossfirstbank.com.
How does this change impact me?
We expect no service interruption as a result of the new look. Once the new look becomes official, you will not need to replace any checks, bank documents, debit or credit cards, or any other bank items. When new items are issued, you will receive that item showing the new look. Your access to our Online and Mobile Banking platforms will stay the same.
Will my online access change?
No. You will continue to use your existing online banking login credentials to access your accounts online through www.crossfirstbank.com.
Will I need to download a new mobile banking app?
No. You will continue to use our mobile banking app without interruption. Once the new look becomes official, our mobile banking apps will be updated to include our new look.
Can I continue to use my debit card and credit card?
Yes. You can use your existing debit and/or credit card until its expiration. At that time, you will receive a new card with the new look.
Can I still use my checks?
Yes. You will be able to use your existing checks. When you need to re-order checks, you will receive checks with the new look.
Will the Bank’s routing and transit number change?
No. The Bank’s routing and transit number will not change.
Does the new look mean the Bank will change the way it delivers extraordinary service?
You can continue to expect extraordinary service, which remains the unifying principle at the heart of our organization.
Will the new look change the way the Bank does business?
